Construction Progression

Project data makes the project understandable, fundable, and increases your overall ROI. Getting the big picture with an aerial overflight used to be a job for an aeroplane or helicopter and cost thousands per visit. Now, drones can provide the same service as often as needed.

Sky Photos LLC can provide construction progression aerial photos and videos, ground photos or videos, and 360 degree photos and virtual tours.

Progression Missions

Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and sensors can quickly capture detailed images, videos, and other data of the construction site. This rapid data collection reduces the time doing rework, frequency of physical inspections, site safety, and more. By using Sky Photos LLC for regular construction progress updates, your teams can maintain accurate records while minimizing their exposure to potential risks on the ground.

Communicate and collaborate

Regular site visits improve communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project, including contractors, project managers, and clients. Visual updates allow for better alignment and understanding of the project’s status, facilitating timely decision-making and adjustments. This gives  improved coordination, fewer misunderstandings, and a more efficient workflow.

Equipment Tracking

Aerial photograpy gives you a great way to identify what equipment is on site as well as what isn’t. With a weekly visit, aerial photos can provide information on equipment use, condition, and even identify potential equipemnt issues.

Project Monitoring and Documentation:

Weekly progression site visits provide comprehensive documentation of the project’s progress. This detailed monitoring helps in tracking milestones, identifying any delays or issues early, and ensuring that the project stays on schedule. The visual records can be used for reporting to stakeholders, verifying work completion, and maintaining an accurate historical record of the project.

Risk Management:

Frequent site visits allow for ongoing quality control and risk management. By regularly inspecting the site, potential issues such as construction defects, safety hazards, or compliance violations can be identified and addressed promptly. This proactive approach helps in maintaining high standards of work, minimizing costly rework, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the project.  Sky Photos is OSHA-10 certified for your benefit, too.

Reduced Need for Physical Access to Hazards

Drones can document hard-to-reach or dangerous areas of a construction site without requiring workers to physically enter these zones. This includes high-rise structures, scaffolding, or unstable surfaces. By using drones for inspections and progress monitoring, the risk of falls, trips, and other accidents is significantly reduced. Minimize your environmental impact!
