How do I prepare for a photographer visit
Now is the time to put away toys, make sure counters are clean, trash bins and laundry are out of sight, and the entire area is tidy and freshly manicured.
This extends to every area being captured, including pools and spas!
When will the photos be ready? What about Video?
Turnaround Time on Photos is typically 48 hours or less.
Video turnaround time is 36 hours or less.
360 degree tours take about 3 business days.
Do you use flash photography?
nearly every photo shoot is done in natural lighting. However I do have several flash units as well as a large lighting kit that travels with me.
My camera equipment can capture great imagery in very low light.
Do you deal with pets?
I have a dog myeslf, and have had many nonhuman members of my household over the years.
Pets are not usually appropriate for real estate photography.
