Sky Photos LLC collects, publishes and maintains images and/or video of persons, places and things. This media is used for business purposes only. In addition to missions directed by customers, media is recorded for marketing, recreational, training, and other legitimate purposes.
Media recorded by Sky Photos is typically of publicly viewable external structures and areas. Unless otherwise arranged and specified, identifying information (faces, license plates, etc.) in public places will be captured as consistent with normal photography practices.
Sky Photos will not intentionally operate in such a way to violate any individual’s normal expectation of privacy.
When performing a client’s mission, Sky Photos May require a “property release” for generating media related to the mission location. In some cases, Individuals participating in a mission may be required to sign a “Model Release.” to participate in the mission. Unless otherwise specified, the Mission Documents are incomplete without this documentation.
Data from the above activities will be maintained on equipment maintained by Sky Photos or in organizational “cloud” storage media in a secure and password protected fashion. These pictures are maintained for operational purposes only. Non-Mission images and/or video may not be maintained within our organization.
Certain media will be used for marketing, training or other legitimate published uses. In these cases, Sensitive customer mission data, specific non-public identifying information, and any images that have been identified as containing images protected by a regulatory agency will not be used.
